  1. Ensure smooth implementation of public sewerage projects in cities and municipalities within the specified time and allocated fund.
  2. Process payments to all service providers within 10 days of receiving invoices.
  3. Provide support and advice to other local authorities on sewerage related issues.
  4. Provide updated information on sewerage projects and wastewater treatment and sewerage facilities in Sarawak through the Department’s website and other public relation activities.
  5. Establish sewerage related guidelines when necessary.
  6. Respond to public queries within 3 days and ensure adequate explanation is given.
