SSD is committed to :
- Ensure smooth implementation of public sewerage projects in cities and municipalities within the specified time and allocated fund.
- Process payments to all service providers within 10 days of receiving invoices.
- Provide support and advice to other local authorities on sewerage related issues.
- Provide updated information on sewerage projects and wastewater treatment and sewerage facilities in Sarawak through the Department’s website and other public relation activities.
- Establish sewerage related guidelines when necessary.
- Respond to public queries within 3 days and ensure adequate explanation is given.
