Sarawak Urban Sewerage Systems Guidelines No. 2: The Design, Construction and Testing of Sewer Networks and Pump Stations (Effective From 15 March 2011)
 

Pursuant to Clauses 9 and 10 in Sewerage Systems and Services Ordinance, 2005; this Department is responsible to issue guidelines for design standards and specifications of septic tanks, private and public sewerage systems.
 

These Guidelines will only apply in area served by centralised public sewerage systems.
 

These Guidelines adopt, with some minor amendments, the Malaysian Sewerage Industry Guidelines (MSIG) Volume III: Sewer Networks and Pumps Stations.
